The number of available care places is limited. New care customers are accepted depending on the current capacity.

An enquiry does not constitute automatic acceptance or booking of a care package. After an enquiry is received, current capacity is checked first to confirm that reliable care can be provided.

Larger changes, new features, additional pages, redesigns or extensive development work are not included in the monthly care package and are charged separately after prior agreement.

The change time included in the respective package is a monthly allowance. Work exceeding the included allowance is not carried out automatically. Additional effort is agreed in advance and charged separately.

B|DEV CARE and B|DEV CARE+ include only the listed maintenance and support services. Costs for domains, hosting, email services, external licences, paid plugins or other third-party services are not included and are paid separately by the customer.

Technical foundations

Domain and hosting are not included in the price of website creation or the monthly care packages. They are provided and paid for separately by the customer through a hosting provider.

@Support with setupSupport with choosing a suitable hosting plan and with the technical setup is available on request.The domain should be registered in the customer’s name. Only the necessary access details are required for the technical implementation.
